GPU Instance

Introduction of container disk, volume disk, and network volume.
  • Container Disk

    • Supports dynamic expansion;

    • Mount directory: / (cannot be customized);

    • Data will be saved when create the image;

    • Supports 100GB free quota, charges will apply for the excess part, for details refer to: Pricing Description

  • Volume Disk

    • Supports dynamic expansion;

    • Default mount directory: /workspace (cannot be customized);

    • Mounting after instance creation is not supported;

    • Data will not be saved when creating the image;

    • Read and write speed is the same as the container disk;

    • Volume Disk capacity requires additional charges, for details refer to: Pricing Description

  • Network Volume

    • Supports dynamic expansion;

    • Default mount directory: /network (cannot be customized);

    • Network volume has an independent lifecycle, unrelated to the instance, even if the instance is deleted, the network volume data still exists;

    • Overall read and write speed is slower than the container disk or volume disk (depending on specific usage);

    • Mounting after instance creation is not supported;

    • Network volume capacity requires additional charges, for details refer to: Pricing Description

How to handle abnormal instance status?

First, try to troubleshoot the problem through the "System Logs" and "Instance Logs" of the instance. If the problem cannot be resolved, you can contact us (opens in a new tab).

Can dedicated IP be supported?

Yes. Currently, this capability is not open to the public. If you have such requirements, please contact us (opens in a new tab).

Payments

What is RunC.AI’s policy on refunds and credits?

If you aren’t sure if RunC.AI is for you, feel free to hang out in our Discord (opens in a new tab) to ask questions or email Contact@runc.ai. Or pay attention to our operating activities, we will issue coupons and bonuses from time to time.

You can load as little as $10 into your account to try things out. We don’t currently offer refunds or trial credits due to the overhead of processing these requests. Please plan accordingly!

How does instance billing work?

On-Demand instances will generate orders every hour based on GPU configuration. When your account balance is less than $0, all instances will be stopped after 30 minutes. If you do not recharge your balance within 7 days, the instance will be deleted.

When deploying a prepaid instance, the total price of GPU and Disk for one cycle will be estimated. You need to ensure that the balance is sufficient to pay for one cycle. The system will pre-charge the GPU instance fee for one cycle, and the disk fee will be generated in an order every day.

When your account balance is less than $0, the instance will stop after one hour. You must Top-UP enough balance before you can start it.

We highly recommend setting up automatic Top-Up to ensure balances are automatically topped up as needed.

Can I withdraw my unused balance?

No, RunC.AI does not offer the option to withdraw your unused balance after depositing funds into your account. When you add funds to your RunC.AI account, these credits are non-refundable and can only be used for RunC.AI services.

When depositing funds into your RunC.AI account, please be aware that you cannot withdraw your balance once it has been added. Only deposit the amount you intend to use for RunC.AI services.

Security

Is my data protected from other clients?

Yes. Your data is run in a multi-tenant environment where other clients can’t access your instance.

Is my data protected from the host of the machine my instance is running on?

Data privacy is important to us at RunC.AI. Our Terms of Service prohibit hosts from trying to inspect your instance data or usage patterns in any way.

What if?

What if I run out of funds?

When your balance is less than $0, the On-Demand instance will be stopped after 30 minutes, and the prepaid instance will be stopped after 1 hour. If you do not recharge in time, the On-Demand instance will be deleted after 7 days, and the prepaid instance will be deleted after 4 hours.

Our support team aims to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours (approximately 2 business days).
