Object storage
-
If the payment is overdue for 3 days, services like upload, download and deletion will be restricted. Some requests will fail until all services become unavailable. During the service restriction period, the stored data will still be retained.
-
If the payment is overdue for 30 days, it will be considered that you have voluntarily abandoned the cloud storage service. The system will reclaim the storage space and delete the stored data. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
-
If you settle an overdue payment order within 3 days, your services will not be affected. If you pay off all overdue payment orders within 3-30 days, the system will restore service availability and lift the restrictions on the cloud storage service.
-
The data stored in the cloud storage will still be billed before it is deleted. If you are still using it, please delete it in time to avoid additional charges.
-
There will be email and SMS notifications after the payment becomes overdue, before service restriction, and before and after deletion. The recipients of the notifications are the subscribers of the resource recovery messages.
