How does billing work?
You need to recharge in advance before purchasing an instance. After the recharge is completed, the cost of purchasing the instance and other expenses will be automatically deducted from the balance. When the insufficient balance prevents you from paying the overdue order, the instance will destroy the resources according to the Reclaiming rules. Therefore, you need to ensure that there is sufficient balance in your account. You can find the Setting page (opens in a new tab) in the console to enable the alarm for insufficient account balance and set the alarm channel. We recommend that you enable SMS notification.
The auto-renewal function is enabled by default when you purchase an instance. If you need to turn off the auto-renewal, please go to the Renewal page (opens in a new tab)
How does pricing work?
The following items have separate prices and charges:
- GPU instances:In the prepaid mode, you need to pay for your instance whether it is running or in the stopped state.
- SSD system cloud disk:The system provides 100GB of free capacity. You can expand the capacity, but you need to bear the cost of the expanded capacity. The current price of the cloud disk is $0.05 per GB per month.
- Self-made image storage fee:When the image is no longer in use, please remember to delete it. Otherwise, it will keep incurring fees. The current price of image storage is $0.0015 per GB per day.
- Object storage fee:The billing items include data storage, external network outflow traffic, CDN origin return traffic, request fees, and data retrieval. The price is fairly low.
Can I withdraw the money after I recharge?
Yes, you can withdraw the money, but you need to bear the handling fee for the withdrawal.
Currently, the third-party payment platform connected is Stripe, and the handling fee generated for the withdrawal is charged by this platform.

I purchased a monthly instance. Will there be a refund if I delete it?
There will be a refund, but it will be processed according to Refund for resource deletion. The refund amount will be returned to your balance, and you can check it in the personal center at the upper right corner of the console.
