Instance-Help

What should I do if an instance is always in the initialization or startup state?

If an instance has been stuck in a certain state for a long time, such as more than 10 minutes, please submit a ticket (opens in a new tab). Our support team will solve your problem as soon as possible.

Can I install the Docker container by myself?

If the instance you created is a virtual machine container, you can install the Docker container by yourself. However, if the instance is already of the container type, reinstallation is not allowed.

How can I know whether my instance is of the container type or the virtual machine type?

You can distinguish it according to the image. There is a "Product Spec" field in the instance list. After clicking it, you can see the corresponding instance specifications. If the image is Ubuntu or Windows, the instance type is virtual machine; if the image is a model image, the instance is of the container type.

What should I do if the required GPU type shows as out of stock?

If the GPU type you need shows as out of stock and you are unable to purchase it, you can submit a ticket or send an email to support@runc.ai. We will arrange the resources you need as soon as possible.

Is the IP a public network IP?

Yes, it is.

What is the bandwidth value of an instance?

The Maximum Bandwidth of each instance is 50 Mbps. The Maximum Bandwidth refers to the peak upper limit of the public network bandwidth in both the outbound and inbound directions, and it is not regarded as a business commitment indicator. When there is competition for resources, the Maximum Bandwidth may be restricted. It is not suitable for scenarios with strong demands for ensuring the quality of the public network.
